Shows New Hampshire within the Merrimack River. Lake Winnipesaukee forms the northern extent of the map. Geographical detail is confined to the river only.
Shows two boundary lines between New Hampshire and Massachusetts; "This is the Boundary insisted on by New Hampshire" and "This Line runs Due West & is ye Boundary determined by the Com.rs if the present Charter doth not include all ye late Mass.ts Colony".
Decorative compass rose at lower left orients north to the right of the map.
