Date suggested from completion of blockhouse in 1758 on the west bank of the Hudson River, opposite Fort Edward and Rogers Island, and comparison with Add Ms 57.711.10. incorporating the date (and Thomas Sowers' name).

Shows scale bar at lower left, "Scale of 20 Feet to an Inch".
