The game of the detectives
- The game of the detectives
A game board in the form of a map showing the escape route taken by criminals or "rogues" passing through a fictitious region of the United States to Canada, as well as the three routes of the detectives (i.e. the players) in pursuit of them. The "rogues track" weaves back and forth across the tracks of the detectives. ... All routes cross the "Rogue River," which flows out of Laryberg Lake, then pass through "Dodgeville" and "Sharp's Tavern" before reaching Canada.--James Arsenault & Company.
