Includes plan of buildings (with dimensions), elevation views of individual buildings (with functions of building floors and rooms), and surroundings, including some dwellings. Also includes brief description of property, power, stock and product, and existing water sources and fire protection resources. A number of modifications have been cut and pasted onto the map with dates ranging from 1952 to 1959. Lacks isometric view of buildings. Pencilled to left of title information: "cancelled 3-16-65."
