The sketch shows a bird's-eye view of the location of the line of British soldiers on King Street just after the incident on March 5, 1770. The bodies of Crispus Attucks, Samuel Gray, James Caldwell, and Samuel Maverick are labeled, as are the street names and the names of the owners of adjacent properties.
