Finished, pen and ink, topographical map showing the old counties of Tryon, Albany, Charlotte, Cumberland, Gloucester, and the manor of Rensselaer as they were in 1778.
Properties are shown in detail, many with the names of the owners.
The map has many similarities to Claude Joseph Sauthier's A chorographical map of the province of New-York..., for which this might be a preliminary study.
Most of modern Vermont is included in the composition.
